as Power of Attorney of The OpenDAO ( theopendao.com )
Mr Peng Yao can only use his powers as authorised representative for signing legal document(s) on behalf of the Opendao with respective gaming studios;
Mr Peng Yao can only sign legal document(s) with respective beneficiary as same as the OpenDAO treasury wallet address:
