Summary
Whitelist BarnBridge for usage of the Flex Loans facility that would allow them to bootstrap a BOND/OHM pool. To kick start this pool, conduct a $500k BOND to gOHM treasury swap.
Terms & Parameters
Treasury Swap
- Conduct a $500,000 DAO-to-DAO gOHM to BOND swap at a historical 30 day TWAP from the passing of this proposal.
- BarnBridge to collateralize the acquired gOHM through Flex Loans and bootstrap an BOND/OHM Balancer pool.
- Olympus to use the acquired BOND to participate in BarnBridge governance and/or use the BOND token for other purposes in the BarnBridge v2 framework.
- Both parties commit to hold the swapped assets for at least one year.
Flex Loans
Whitelist BarnBridge for usage of Olympus Flex Loans with the following conditions:
- LTV: 100%.
- Global debt limit (max borrowable amount): 100k OHM.
- Interest rate: 0%.
