Change the floor to the backed value

Currently, Olympus does not sell their assets until its below the price of $1. This does not seem like it makes much sense anymore now that the backing is 100+. So let’s change the floor to the backed value. I have done fake swaps on sushiswap of Olympus buying and burning OHM and it increases value of OHM as well as backed value.
