Summary:
Increase protocol-owned liquidity to assist in market function with reserve bonds active via the new emissions manager.
Proposal:
Add 330,000 OHM to an OHM-sUSDS Uniswap V3 Pool between 23 and 57.5 USD equivalent per OHM (2-5x premium on current backing). Since there is enough OHM held in the DAO multisig to fund this proposal, snapshot should be binding and signal execution.
