Of the three frameworks proposed, Framework 1 (ban charitable donations of DAO controlled funds, or yields from those funds, completely) won with 50% of the vote. Voting in favor of this snapshot will implement framework 1, a carte blanche ban on any DAO controlled funds (or yields from those funds) being used for charitable donations. Voting against this snapshot will do nothing.
