Should Olympus consider a borrowing function to the platform?

Simple borrowing could enable the treasury to earn more from liquidations, and also enable the staking wallets the option to KEEP compounding, to not withdrawal a single OHM, and ultimately allow their bag to remain intact (and compounding) so they can borrow against themselves.
