Hire a PR manager for Olympus DAO

After recent events concerning V2 migration, communication was pretty poor and having a dedicated person with deep knowledge of how everything works communicating everything in laymans terms not just hidden in the documentation, but also across all social media and Ohmie communities would be beneficial. Bonus if they could make sexy infographics.
I believe it would also help long-term brand image of Olympus DAO, which in turn result in more staking and bonding and support long-term development of this wonderful environment.
