OIP-162: Distribution Supplement to OIP-161
Summary
This is a supplementary snapshot for the community to decide how to distribute the airdrop from LayerZero to wallets which meet the criteria decided on in the concurrent snapshot OIP-161. The purpose of the supplemental snapshot is to cleanly decide on the two important factors of this airdrop distribution.
Community members can choose to distribute the airdrop either on an even, or a pro-rata distribution. Choosing an even distribution means each wallet meeting the criteria selected in OIP-161 receives the same amount, regardless of amount of OHM it controls. Choosing a pro-rata distribution means the wallets receive an amount of airdrop relative to the amount of OHM they held which meets the criteria.
Proposal
Distribute airdrop to wallets meeting the criteria agreed on in OIP-161 using the following method:
