The Federation Autobidder was successfully used to acquire Noun #687
To conclude the trial started in #268 this proposal:
- sets an ENS reverse record that resolves
autobidder.nouns.ethto the contract address deployed in #268 - Withdraws the remaining contract balance back to the Nouns treasury (~0.98ETH)
