Nouns DAO

A proposal, when submitted to Nouns DAO, has to go through the following:

• 2 days of Voting Delay
• 5 days of Voting Period

This configuration was last updated in Prop 161.

I propose we increase the voting delay to 5 days for the following reasons:

• Gives the public more time to view, evaluate, and discuss props in public before big votes come in and sway opinions.
• Gaurantees that weekly meetings will be able to discuss every prop no matter when it was submitted.
• Gives DAOs and Communities with Nouns more time to organize the logistics of posting the props for discussion, holding an internal vote on it, and processing the vote on-chain.
