Renounce Lil Nouns Awards

Lil Nouns DAO rewards the DAO with every Lil Noun NFT ending in 1. This creates a financial & accounting liability, even if marginal. The tokens have not been used to participate in Lil Nouns governance or otherwise.
At the time of writing, the DAO’s old treasury holds 840 Lil Nouns NFT.
This proposal renounces the Lil Nouns rewards and directs them to the Lil Nouns DAO treasury instead.
Camp will show the transaction as failing. This has previously been confirmed by Volky to be a result of Camp’s Tenderly simulation settings. The transaction should be successful.
