This proposal approves Nouns 95 to claim client incentives and support further development.
Nouns 95 is an Operating System in the Browser for Nouns.

- Auction Bidding
- Settling new Nouns via Crystal Ball
- A Studio for new trait creation
- Instant messaging via Push Protocol
- Fiat onramping and onchain token swapping via Reown/ WalletConnect integration
- Ethereum, Base, Solana, & Bitcoin connectivity.
At the time of writing, Nouns 95 has facilitated 909 votes and 1 winning auction. Developed by Macrohard under Wylin’s leadership, Nouns 95 is fully open-source under a WTFPL license.
