Proposal: Partner with useburner to produce 500 limited-edition Nouns-branded hardware wallets, offered to the community at cost ($20 each), with all sales revenue returning directly to the Nouns DAO treasury.

• Cost-Effective Pricing: Wallets sold at low entry point, $20 each (payable in ETH or USDC). Will Split revenue via Slice.so (60% (Nouns)/40% (Gramajo). 15% discounts for those with active props or Nouners to proliferate Nouns
• Treasury Break-even: Full reimbursement of the DAO’s upfront investment ($4,000) upon sale of 40% units.
• Zero Logistics: Gramajo will handle all global shipping and fulfillment at no additional cost to Nouns DAO.
• UseBurner Promotion: Featured on UseBurner’s official channels

• Risk Mitigation: Any unsold wallets can be sold at cost, serve as promotional tools, giveaways, or community rewards.

Sales & Distribution

• Slice.so Storefront: That accepts ETH/USDC payments directly to treasury wallet via wallet split.
• UseBurner Role: Promotion on official channels with direct links to Slice.so storefront.
• Fulfillment: Managed entirely by Gramajo (wish me luck), including worldwide shipping and customer support (California Hours).

Wallet & Packaging Design

• Device prominently featuring Nouns logo and pixel-art Noggles.
• Custom Nouns Icon is OS with redirect capabilities to a website of our choosing.
