Delegate Access to the @nounsdao X Account to 0xdusk.eth
TL;DR
I am proposing that Nouns DAO delegate operational access of the @nounsdao Twitter/X account to 0xdusk.eth to:
- Host weekly governance Spaces
- Amplify community conversations
- Improve transparency, onboarding, and engagement
This initiative will be supported by a full-time social media manager and serve as a much-needed communication bridge between builders, voters, new contributors, and partners.
Purpose
Currently, the DAO’s official channel (@nounsdao) is underutilized and lacks consistent ownership or strategic direction.
In a DAO built around collective decision-making and public goods, the absence of an “official voice” reduces cohesion and limits our ability to onboard, engage, and scale participation.
I propose a simple and impactful structure to address this:
- Host a weekly 1-hour governance call via Spaces
- Facilitate proposal discussions — proposers pitch, get feedback, answer questions
- Invite DAO members, delegates, external DAOs to participate
- Open onboarding slots for newcomers to introduce themselves
- Publish summaries, thought pieces, proposal recaps, and more
Execution Plan
I will assemble and manage a small working team, including:
- A full-time social media manager focused on content creation and coordination
- @0xjanedoe.eth and @0xdusk.eth will co-host the weekly Spaces
Request
Delegate the @nounsdao Twitter/X account to 0xdusk.eth
Call for Feedback
I believe this can unlock real value for our community and improve the health of our governance culture. And I also want to hear from you:
- What topics would you want covered in these weekly calls?
- What kind of content should @nounsdao post or highlight?
- How should we measure success?
