This proposal seeks $238,000 USDC to produce Cut & Build, a Community & Content Series that will bring together athletes, artists, and innovators to explore onchain culture, sports, and business through physical activations.

This budget will support a year-long content series and community engagement programs designed to showcase onchain culture, drive participation, and onboard new builders. Our goal is to demonstrate the impact of real-world activations, sustain the project through minting and sponsorships, and lay the groundwork for a self-funding ecosystem.

• Site Development & Asset Creation (Web, Digital Content, and Program Materials): $29,756 Supports the development of web properties, ticketing & token infrastructure, and digital on-site technical support to enhance accessibility and event coordination.
• Guest & Staff Accommodations (Travel and Logistics): $24,797 Ensures that speakers, athletes, and contributors can attend and participate in person, covering travel, lodging, and logistical needs to make each program impactful and high-profile.
• Docuseries Production (Film, Sound & Editing): $29,755 Covers videography, sound production, and post-editing to document each program and create mintable, high-quality content.

• Administration & Operations: $11,868 Covers day-to-day management, planning, and execution of the project.

Revenue Model:

• 50% of all mint proceeds go to the Nouns treasury, ensuring that funds circulate back into the community and support ongoing initiatives.

Strategic Noun Onboarding

Cares will waive all service fees for production and program management in exchange for five Treasury Nouns—requesting Nouns 826, 519, 758, 915, and 573. This approach preserves treasury liquidity while unlocking high-value opportunities for collaboration, governance participation, and brand visibility within influential networks.

Cares will establish a delegate-governance participation program within Nouns, strategically onboarding NBA MVPs, teams, and key partners who actively shape sports, philanthropy, and entertainment. By integrating Nouns into major leagues, brand strategies, and philanthropic programs, this initiative will create a direct pipeline for high-profile decision-makers to participate in governance—leveraging onchain infrastructure to drive scalable, real-world impact.
