The Most Famous Artist (Lil Noun 2306) wants to build a massive, Nouns-themed interactive sculpture and event space at Art City in Tucumcari, NM—right off Route 66.

After a close vote (151 FOR, 167 AGAINST) in Prop 746, we incorporated Nouns feedback into this new proposal. We’ve streamlined, optimized, and enhanced our new proposal. We hope you see its potential and vote to support it!

Tucumcari sees 20,000+ vehicles daily on I-40 and 150,000+ annual room nights from Route 66 travelers in its retro motels.

What is Art City?

Art City is a 40-acre creative oasis in Tucumcari, NM, in its second year of operation. Founded by The Most Famous Artist (TMFA), it features iconic sculptures from artists spanning the globe—Ghana, New York, Argentina, Los Angeles, Arkansas, and San Francisco.

Where Will The Nounish Landmark Be Installed at Art City?

The Revised Plan:

• Scale: A 66’ x 93’ poured concrete sculpture on 70’ x 100’ pad, visible on Google Earth
• Inspiration: Based on Noun 0
• Built By: A proven team at The Most Famous Artist (TMFA) collective
• Interactive: A water-filled Noggle area, large-scale Noggle entry portal, movable skate ramps, shade structures, Nouns placard
• Legacy: dedicated 0.25 acre of Art City reserved for Nouns landmark
• Nouns Perks: free event use at Art City for all Nouns holders
• Multi-Use: Designed for skating, events, and more

Budget reduced from $190,365.84 → $119,453.75

• Size reduced by 25% (from 4’ x 4’ squares to 3’ x 3’) to cut costs
• Leaner project management & content production—same great team, just stretching the dollars further
• One pool was removed to cut costs (two remain)
• Optimized placement—moved sculpture closer to power & water hookups to cut costs
• Still Huge —no expected impact on satellite imagery registration

• Material: ~3,000 cubic feet (111.1 cubic yards) of 6-inch-thick fiberglass- and rebar-reinforced concrete
• Design: Pixelated aesthetic true to Nouns’ visual identity
• Noggle Pool: Reinforced concrete with water connections & drainage
• Noggle Portal: Painted weatherproofed plywood

• 70’ x 100’ area (7,000 sq ft) leveled and prepped with crusher fines
• $2.19 per sq ft (~0.16 acres dedicated to sculpture)

Labor – $41,500

• $12 per cubic foot
• Trenching, PVC installation, water service hookup, and electrical connections

Material – $24,273.75

• 100 feet of 4” Schedule 40 PVC drain lines
• 500 feet of 1.25” PVC water service lines
• Pump, filtration systems, and electrical components
• 3,000 feet of rebar at $2.50 per linear foot
• 111.11 cubic yards of 3,000 PSI concrete at $110.58 per cubic yard
