This proposal is for NounsDAO to fund the design, production, content, marketing and release of a collaborative Nouns x Madhappy apparel capsule.

• Design, production, & marketing of Nouns x Madhappy apparel capsule
• NounsDAO to partner with Madhappy on capsule design
• Nouns x Madhappy social media campaign for capsule release.
• Nouners will receive early access for future Madhappy drops starting in Q4.

Timeline: 5 Months

• Nouns Vision glasses on display in Madhappy temporary store June - Jul 2022
• Madhappy to design 3 custom Noun traits by July 31 2022
• Madhappy x NounsDAO lock in capsule design by Sept 30 2022
• Madhappy x Nouns capsule to release in Q4 2022
