Nouncil Protocol

Nouncil Protocol is a comprehensive approach to managing Nouncil’s membership roll and treasury in a decentralized manner. The protocol facilitates the creation and management of non-transferable, non-fungible tokens that grant governance rights within Nouncil DAO.

DAO Governance

The DAO has complete authority over token issuance and a treasury, with Nouncillors managing operations through Nouncil Tokens. Governance parameters such as timelock delays and voting periods can be adjusted as needed, and the DAO also governs protocol upgrades.
