Premise:

• This proposal is a direct continuation of Prop 484 (“Nounish Art Workshops: From Japan to America”), reflecting the feedback from Prop 600 and Prop 656. The current plan focuses on elevating Midas, the main personality behind the workshops, to the status of the first international Kitpas art instructor.
• The goal is to expand the Nounish values globally by leveraging creative interactions through the well-established Kitpas workshops system in Japan. The workshops will not only serve as a platform to train Midas but also foster the creation of cultural bridges between Japan and the world through Nounish art.

Key Objectives:

1. Instructor Certification for Midas:
   • Training Midas to become the first certified Kitpas art instructor outside Japan. This will enable him to conduct official Kitpas workshops both in the U.S. and globally.
   • Midas will return to the U.S. with newfound skills and cultural insights, further promoting the Nounish creative movement.
2. Workshops Across Japan:
   • Conduct a series of Nounish workshops in various educational and creative institutions across Japan.

   • Nouns Night by DJ Kitpas: Midas will host a Nounish Art Night event, engaging with the local Japanese community in Shizuoka Prefecture and performing live art demonstrations with Kitpas.
