I founded AceTCG with a vision: show people how they can be heroes, solving real problems with today’s magical technology. Each physical AceTCG card represents crypto lore, and this story would not be complete without a legendary Nouns card.

Ace is more than an IP; it’s metaverse mythology. Like the mythology of our ancestors, I have always envisioned Ace becoming decentralized, using a Nouns model to curate and auction community-created cards. At present, we collaborate with stellar partners (like Nouns!), ensuring newcomers understand the vital roles these actors play in shaping our decentralized future.

Originally funded by Gitcoin as a public good, AceTCG has evolved into a vibrant community project celebrating the Ethereum ecosystem’s rich mythology. Our inaugural Alpha Edition, created by just my brother and me, sold out at Devconnect and ETHDenver '23.

Arx and AceTCG have teamed up to create NFC-enabled cards, literally bringing blockchain technology into players’ hands. Beginning Q1 2025, this groundbreaking innovation will allow for:

• Ownership tracking and provenance verification
• New gameplay experiences
• New airdrop mechanics and anti-sybil protections

The Quest

1. Design & Development: Collaborate with Colton Orr (that’s me!) to craft a compelling narrative and stunning visuals reflecting Nounish mission and values.
2. Production & Distribution: Print 500 Welcome Boosters that will be given to passionate players at the AceTCG & /tabletop area at Devcon.
3. Marketing & Launch: Leverage both Nouns and AceTCG communities to build anticipation.
4. Post-Launch Engagement: Encourage involvement in the Nouns ecosystem and weekly AceTCG meetups. Explore Nouns NFC cards for ETHDenver 2025.

• $20,000 for design + $2,800 for printing = $22,800 total

Each 18-card booster will feature 1 legendary Nouns card and 2 additional Nouns cards. Nouns receives a 1-year license to use the created IP.
