Consistent, well-argued, and nonconformist vote reasons (VWRs) provide a cornerstone for functional Nouns governance and I believe we should recognize and celebrate when voters — and especially delegates — do it exceedingly well.

In an era where many voters “silently abstain” to avoid the potential consequences of voting Against, Bixbite has consistently been on the front lines, providing valuable feedback and voting with reason (VWRs).

Over the past few months, Bix has also taken on the responsibility of leading the weekly Nouncil call, which has grown to include dozens of attendees and often lasts several hours.

In recognition of her dedication to governance and her outstanding contributions, I propose that we award Noun 16 to bixbite.eth.
