I believe the reasoning behind rewarding Drew with a Noun in prop 539 goes double for Will Papper.
In my mind, Will Papper is the most impressive purely ‘public servant’ we have, and his voice has been both inspirational and helpful in guiding Nouns governance since his first vote in April 2023. Since then, Will has voted on 185 proposals, all with reason. [1]
I believe Nouns wants to attract as many Will Pappers as possible and for that reason — and to show our gratitude — i propose we reward him with Noun 663.
Notes
[1] Public servant in the sense that Will has no noun ownership nor been directly paid by the DAO.
