Claim STRK Token Allocation

The v1 treasury has received a grant of 43,200 STRK tokens due to its past stETH holdings. This proposal claims this token allocation to a Starknet account, which will trade the STRK into ETH and bridge it back to Ethereum for deposit to the Nouns DAO treasury.
