tldr: Allocate 250 ETH towards retroactive rounds via rounds.wtf.

Context: Prop 506 passed on Feb 26, 2024 where the Prop House team received 50 ETH to deploy via Rounds.wtf. We proposed “exploring a new UX via Farcaster for Nouns to allocate funds through.”

What’s happened since then:

Some of the experiments we ran since the last prop to get us where we are today:

• Reply to cast as a way to submit
• Tagging the @roundsbot to submit
• All casts filtered by eligible users’ likes as submissions (ding ding ding)
• Reply to submission and stand alone casts as notifications
• Dedicated channels for running rounds
• Media / mint / tags only rounds
• Deployed v1 & v2 of our claims contracts

Nouns rounds results:

• 3k+ submissions with rewards
• 1k+ unique users
• 27 rounds executed

Allocations were as follows:

• /nouns: 11 rounds, 32 ETH
• /nouns-animators: 7 rounds, 14 ETH
• /nouns-propdates: 5 rounds, 2.4 ETH
• /nouns-draws: 4 rounds, 5 ETH
