Nouns DAO

TL;DR - Run a single Prop House to reward 3 Builders with a Noun each to get more “long-term aligned players” participating in governance.

This is inspired by the Nouner Scout Round, and many of the details can stay the same. As Seneca said, one of our goals is to create a stable environment that *** "***attracts long-term aligned participants rather than arbitrageurs.” There are perhaps no better long-term aligned players than folks who have continuously contributed to Nouns without a direct stake in the DAO.

The ideal winners would be contributors who have participated in meaningful proposals in Nouns DAO, but do not have a Noun yet. Contributors can use their proposals to share their previous work, but it should ideally speak for itself.

Tentative Round Parameters:

• A one-week period for submitting proposals.
• A one-week period for voting.
• Open submission for all (with basic criteria to avoid spam).
• Voting conducted by Nouns voters.
• The three proposers with the highest votes get a Noun (the winner with the most votes picks first)

Which Nouns?

I suggest Nouns 862, 912, 913.
