Below is a proposal for a budget for the Nation3 DAO for Q2 2024:

• 16 $NATION/week for 🧙 Development Guild (time-locked until 2025-01-01)
• 4 $NATION/week for ⚙️ Ops Guild (time-locked until 2025-01-01)
• 0 $NATION/week for 🎥 Marketing Guild
• 0 $NATION/week for 🔬 Research Guild
• 0 $NATION/week for 🌳 EcoRide Network
• 4 $NATION/week for Dework bounty rewards (not time-locked)
• 2 $NATION/week for SourceCred grain 🌾 distributions (not time-locked) —————————— 26 $NATION/week in total 338 $NATION for the whole quarter

Funding period: 3 months (April, May, June 2024).

The tokens will be distributed through the DevGuildRewardsDistributor and OpsGuildRewardsDistributor smart contracts, based on the public record of citizen contributions and rewards. If a guild has zero contributions during a weekly epoch, zero tokens will be paid out for that week.

Funding will only be paid out retroactively. A budget will not be transferred until the work has been completed.

Planned tasks for the 🧙 Development Guild for Q2 2024:

• Deploy BoostedLiquidityDistributor.sol to Mainnet and reinstate liquidity rewards program.
• Install Aragon OSx governance plugin for DAO Agent (nation3agent.dao.eth) and DAO Critical Agent (nation3.dao.eth).
• Deploy Basic Income for Nation3 Citizens (“N3BI”) smart contract, and fund 1 year’s worth of basic income for active citizens.
• Start working on a product that can generate a sustainable stream of usage fees to the Basic Income smart contract.
• Add improvements to the Nation3 Agreements system.
• Deploy smart contract for autonomously distributing weekly SourceCred grain 🌾 distributions.
• Finalize any pending tasks for transforming Nation3 into a truly Decentralized and truly Autonomous organization.
