DAO Councilor Vote
[READ THE ANNOUNCEMENTS CHANNEL POST CONNECTED TO THIS PROPOSAL FIRST] This snapshot vote is for the first batch of entrants which have qualified for the DAO councilor cat role in the discord server. They have shown dedication, passion and skill in communicating with community members and approving/disapproving proposals with given valid arguments. This batch is 11/50 council members, and there will be more snapshot votes coming soon until we are at 50/50. When we reach 50/50 council members, the DAO can either vote to increase the capacity of council members and/or keep it at the current level. Please vote YES/NO. If YES is chosen as majority, these entrants will become Councilor Cats. If NO is chosen as majority, these entrants will not become Councilor Cats for the time being, and their qualifications will be re-evaluated. Please note that there is 39 seats still ready to be filled.
