Under the current DAO organization proposal only a small handful of organizers are being compensated by the DAO. For most groups this system works fine as their roles are currently limited to a small number of participants. For Marketing Group this poses a problem as we already have a network of over 30 cat owners actively looking to participate in our creative journey. Bounties will be created at reasonable market rates for the tasks requested. Bounty payments will be held for intervals before release to prevent people sniping tasks to dump fish on our market. The goal here is to reward our most engaged and committed contributors directly for the work they are contributing in an accountable and transparent fashion.

Here is a few examples of the types of tasks that will be listed on the Bounty Board with a theoretical range of their respective bounties: -Update existing graphic (25-100 Fish) -Create new graphic (50-200 Fish) -Video Editing (100- 500 Fish) -Newsletter Articles (50-200 Fish)

BENEFITS By having a fund for $FISH bounties this allows Marketing Group to compensate contributors at reasonable market rates for micro tasks that are being completed. For example if we need a graphic updated or a video edited, instead of waiting for a volunteer or paying a 3rd party, we could post a bounty with a value that appropriately prioritizes the task. This incentivizes our contributors to stay engaged and always be ready to work for the DAO!

BUDGET FOR APPROVAL Withdraw 20k Fish from the Community Rewards Fund for use towards Marketing Group bounties. All bounties disbursed must be approved by at least 2 senior cats. No additional impact to the Treasury.
