Should the DAO buy land parcels in Decentraland?

Description: We buy up to 50-100 parcels of land in Decentraland (Metaverse).
Reasoning: The metaverse is currently booming alongside projects such as Decentraland which allows you to own virtual space. With mainstream push (Facebook) coming in recently, it would be lucrative for the DAO to own land in the long-term. This land could be used however we want; monetize, rent (rental yield is currently close to 100% per year), build gallery, ad spots. We can also simply build an MC gated community (The world is ours…).
