Budget for the Marketing Team Currently Marketing holds 0.79ETH, 6 Mutant Cats and 1 Mutant Gorilla. Over the past weeks Marketing used the previous approved budget to host giveaways (24 Gorillas and more than 15 Cats given), to fund parties (Funded the DJs that came these past weeks) and to pay all the old giveaways owed by the Devs (MC logo, Lore contest, etc).

Budget for the Legal Team As many of you know we were working and contacting multiple Lawyer Firms (such as Bell Rock Group, Open Law, GtG Advocates, Elluls Shranz, etc). TheEvi was leading the charge Pre-Xmas and finally after festivities getting answers, reports, calls, zoom calls and different opinions from our network as to how to incorporate a DAO we came to a resolution. Our DAO Board just finished one last meeting with what we think is our preferred lawyer at the moment as his approach was more personal and he seemed interested enough to treat us specifically on our case needs and not offering us a pre-planned package. Budget breakdown As for the first memorandum detailing everything needed and the structure (the most probable one is a Foundation in BVA or Cayman) he calculates 5000$/1.5eth in current prices for his retainer at 500$ an hour.

For a full incorporation he calculates the cost of everything will be around the 20000$ mark. For all the incorporation cost and to have some margin on his calculation with a buffer we budget for another 10ETH on expenses.
