Should we approve the new Board Structure and BusyGroup Compensation proposal?
Hello Mutant Family, One month has passed since the initial initiative to create the foundational structure and charter for our DAO’s governance. Through a critical self-evaluation of this process, we have determined where we have been successful and where we can improve. Most importantly, we see the need to expand our organization, while also reducing overall cost. With this updated operating structure we have reduced our 22 eth monthly compensation budget to just around 13 eth. This will expand the reach of our organization to over 27 people and include compensation for both multisig and the moderator team.
