MUTANTCATS DAO GOVERNANCE PROPOSAL NO. 1.1
Any successful organization needs a strong, flexible governance and decision-making structure. MutantCats DAO is no exception. To smoothly pass control and the future direction of the MutantCats community from the project’s developers to an owner-operated Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), we propose a framework that will permit the community to work together on several projects simultaneously, all within a clear governance structure.
The MutantCats Operations BusyGroup is in the process of building a documented governance structure for the DAO. Elected Senior Cats are writing that structure and we will request approval from the community to put these rules and regulations into effect.
Our first Governance Proposal is the basis for all DAO governance going forward. This proposal outlines the defined roles in the DAO and the process for community members to propose projects and amend governance.
A DAO is dependent on the participation of the community. MutantCats ownership gives you the power to be involved in building a successful DAO. So please review this proposal and vote as soon as possible.
This proposal is approved if the vote runs for exactly 72-hours (3-days) and is favored by at least 75% of the votes.
