Aim: Increase the value of MC. How: By creating a list of Blue Chip NFTs we make every purchase more agile to execute. Adding a guideline and obligation to time purchases with exacts dates through a marketing strategy is key for long term success of MC.

This research done by Treasury BG brings updated data from the projects listed. This is a living list(scripted to update itself), and projects can be added or deleted with a vote. This proposals intention is to make the projects listed the ones the DAO has a clear pool to select every week, making it easier to determine what is a good project and what is a bad one for the DAO to adquire.

The next step if this list is approved, is creating a story behind every purchase during the week and giving time for marketing to build up a lore and expectation for the impeding purchase of the week. Treasury will work together with them and they will create a narrative and have enough time to execute a plan that will drive the most value for MC.

As an example, right now we are looking deeply at Neo Tokyo, and a draft is already on the making. As Neo Tokyo would already be on our list of projects we can purchase, if the DAO decides it is a good purchase, we will engage Marketing to make a story behind it. Once this story is made we will make the purchase at the best timing possible as Marketing expertise dictates, making a coordinate effort in getting the most value from it.
