This snapshot vote is for ProudMoolie (our beloved community member), which went out of his way in pointing out a flaw in our old staking contract, and saving the FISH liquidity pool from collapsing. This was one of the reasons why the new staking contract was created & deployed, and hence we found no better way in thanking than compensating this person with ETH from the DAO wallet. Thank you very much ProudMoolie for your contributions.
