Should the DAO purchase 6 floor Mutant Cats to stake and fund $FISH giveaways (to be conducted every two weeks)?

I feel that the community being able to earn extra $FISH consistently adds another level of utility and engagement and being able to breed the 6 cats and giveaway offspring (to be named/announced in the future) would be an awesome way to give back to the community. The community can even vote to name all 6 Mutant Cats.
