Should we hire Nifty Labs as our new Dev Team?
After various calls with the team over at Nifty Labs and them being vetted by the board on multiple occasions, we would like to present them to the community for a vote.
Nifty Labs are a fully doxxed team and have an LLC in the US. They are the team behind other successful projects like “IlluminatiNFT”.
To begin our relationship with Nifty Lab we are requesting approval for 5 ETH deposit as an initial working retainer and 10% ongoing royalties as long as they remain on board actively helping with the project. This retainer includes time to audit our current contracts, rebuild and fix our websites, fix any issues, and help sort out the outstanding issues. Any major out of scope requests, like new collections for example, would be budgeted out separately. This initial deposit would allow us to get started with Nifty Labs immediately and they could begin to help us sort out some of our most pressing issues. Once incorporated we can also put together a formal legal agreement with them.
