Where should the MTA rewards from the 5 MTA/ 95 mUSD EARN pool be allocated?
Please only vote on this proposal if you voted YES to retire the 5 MTA/95 mUSD EARN pool.
Amongst the community, two alternatives were proposed as to where the 15,000 MTA per week rewards from the 5 MTA/ 95 mUSD EARN pool should be sent.
Arguments in favour of re-allocating the MTA to other EARN pools noted that some pools are subject to a higher amount of impermanent loss than others.
Arguments in favour of not re-allocating the rewards, and simply removing them from emission, noted that other EARN pools are already sufficiently rewarded.
If MTA Governors choose not to re-allocate the MTA, they will be removed from weekly Public rewards emission.
If MTA Governors choose to re-allocate the MTA to existing EARN pools, a subsequent proposal will be created to determine specifically where these rewards will go.
