MDP14: mBTC EARN pool allocation

In order to incentivise liquidity for mBTC should it be implemented, the mStableDAO is proposing to allocate weekly MTA rewards to an EARN pool. These rewards will flow to one newly created pool.
How many MTA per week should be sent to the new mBTC EARN pool? The option with the highest number of votes will be passed.
