MDP-21.1: DAO treasury management using dHEDGE - mUSD amount

It is proposed that the mStableDAO allocate some of its mUSD treasury funds to dHEDGE as was proposed by @phenrikand in this forum post.
This mUSD would be deployed on dHEDGE under one of the strategies being voted on in MDP-21.2 to earn a passive return.
Should the mStableDAO allocate some of its mUSD in its treasury to dHEDGE? If so, how much?
