Over what timeframe should the 95/5 MTA/mUSD EARN pool be retired?

The mStable community have sent a strong signal through Discord discussions and a recent forum thread that the 95/5 MTA/mUSD EARN pool should be retired. See (https://forum.mstable.org/t/vote-wind-down-95-5-mta-musd-earn-pool/138).
There were several arguments in favour of decreasing the rewards from this earn pool gradually over four weeks. Some also voiced their preference for an immediate wind down.
This is an opportunity for MTA stakers to signal their opinion.
