MIP 93 - Grants Pilot Program Selection Part 3

Due to a technical error on the Morpho forum, one grant application was incorrectly excluded from the grants pilot program voting. This proposal was created to properly include this grant in the voting. Grants will be awarded in order of most votes received across all three proposals, with delegates able to vote for as many different proposals as they choose.
