MIP43 - Incentives in apxETH/WETH market

The Morpho Association proposes to allocate a total of 150k MORPHO as incentives over a three month period to help grow the apxETH/WETH market, to be distributed alongside 75k BTRFLY from Redacted.
Execution will be conditioned on the receipt of the BTRFLY amount on morpho.eth and the actual inclusion of the market in a MetaMorpho vault.
NB: distribution of incentives by the MORPHO DAO does not signify endorsement of market risks.
