MIP 83 - Berachain Morpho License

The Berachain Foundation has proposed to license the Morpho Protocol code for use in a deployment on the Berachain network. This vote directs the Morpho Association to complete a licensing agreement based on the proposed terms posted in the forum, including finalizing the commercial terms and confirming that the Berachain Foundation has onboarded a qualified vault curator as specified in the proposal. After this agreement is completed, the Berachain deployment will be added to the list of authorized uses found at morpho-blue-core-license-grants.morpho.eth.
