Abstract
Barney is without access to his wallet for the next month or more, and is no longer involved within the operations of MoonDAO. @phil has been a long-time contributor leading many projects like DeSci nodes, Decentralized Comms, and involved with the old space engineering guild, he is very responsive and active and would help in timely signing of transaction execution.
