send eth to s34n to buy another mfer

since the DAO has stagnated I decided to write a proposal to send me some ETH so I can buy my second mfer. i’ve been involved with the mfer community since i’ve joined in december of '21 and those that know me understand how much i cherish these tokens and what they represent. I’d also like to see if I can get a prop to pass with just my votes so this is more of an experiment than anything. curious to see if all of these tokens i’ve purchase can push a prop through if no one else votes.
