Configure reverse ENS record to point to DAO treasury

The DAO currently has ownership the ENS name for `mferbuilderdao.eth`. This proposal, if executed, will configure the DAO treasury reverse ENS record to point to the `mferbuilderdao.eth` domain.
By assigning the treasury a human-readable name, it will make it easier to work with the address in block explorers and other applications
