imp0ster here, hoping to take some gas stress off of heresmy & s34n with the next step in migrating.
this is the 2nd of 3 proposals needed to migrate the DAO to an L2 and will deploy a mirror of the DAO onto Base while stuff on mainnet is paused.
a snapshot of all DAO members is also taken at this step for when the time comes to airdrop/claim tokens on Base.
