Since this DAO was created to provide funding for initiatives that push forth the mfer ethos to the greater NFT space and beyond, I thought it would be great idea to use some of the funds we have to purchase one of the 112 layers in the upcoming on chain mfer mint. As I write this proposal, the mint will happen in 3 days. On May 25, 2023 a group of trusted mfers that have been in the community for some time will be putting the mfers on chain. This will happen in a multi-step process which will kick off with a mint of the 112 base layers that make up mfers. Each layer will mint at a cost of .69 ETH. Once these layers mint out this will provide the ability for another contract to combine the layers and create fully on chan mfers that mfer holders will be able to mint for $69 USD. Obviously, this proposal is grossly simplifying some of the more complex mechanics involved in this massive feat of mfer technological marvel but more info can be found @ onchainmfers.xyz

This proposal is requesting that 0.75 ETH be sent to s34n.eth to purchase one of the 112 layers during the on chain mfer mint on 5/25. Once secured, the layer will be transferred back to the mferbuilderDAO wallet. If I am not able to mint the layer, the funds will be transferred back to the DAO.
