• SCT: Smart Company Template We made a solid Parallel Entity framework called “SCT: Smart Company Template”. Once the company decides to tokenize their shares, they have to optimize the operation agreement like articles of incorporation and other legal docs that define the company’s operation rule. SCT provides a set of legal doc connected smart contract templates for each company model.

• LETS: Legal Embedded Token Standard When the company trying to tokenize its shares LETS will serve the seamless tokenization experience while meeting the legal requirements of each country. Now we cover two jurisdictions and two legal entity models in Japan and Switzerland.

• Embeddable Apps Our platform features are designed for seamless embedding into corporate digital assets like websites and blogs, enabling functionalities such as fundraising and governance voting to be natively integrated into existing customer touchpoints. Roadmap

Current Status (today ~ Q3 2025) Besides the participation of Metis Startathon , our current focus is on helping customers create DAOLLC entities in Japan.

Since April 22, 2024, the DAOLLC corporate entity type has been officially admitted by the Japanese government. Our team has been involved in the process of the formation of the Japanese DAO legislation and also helped launch the Japan DAO Association, a self-regulatory organization.

We will recruit groups in Japan that are a good fit for the DAOLLC entity type to launch their company on the Borderless platform, deploying to the Metis blockchain. This will increase the users of Borderless and Metis in Japan.

The onboarding of our first customer has been completed and their pilot token sale using the Borderless platform MVP finished in October. We have received inquiries from many other customers and will accompany them to become a solid success story from a global perspective.

Next move (Q4 2025~) After making additional progress in Japan, we intend to add support for additional international jurisdictions especially USA, Switzerland, and UAE.

While working extensively with the Ethereum community and other synergistic projects like Metis, our ultimate goal is to enable worldwide blockchain mass adoption through helping people launch parallel companies.
