#2 FIXED: What should our Balancer Smart Pool Parameters be?

The proposed parameters for our Balancer Smart Pool:
ROBOT weight: 70% ROBOT ETH weight:* 30% ETH Can pause swapping: false Can change swap fee: true Can change weights: true Can change tokens: true Can restrict LPs to a whitelist: true Can limit total BPT supply: false
Swap Fee: 4.20% or 3% (can change in the future, this is just the initial parameter. Higher swap fee = more incentive to LP + less impermanent loss, at the expense of people wanting to buy/sell ROBOT)
